Stop clogging your arteries with fast food; treat yourself and your health to the wonderful benefits of eating sushi!

The Pros

Rice is a natural source of zinc, an essential mineral that boosts your immune system.
Fish contains vitamin E and cholesterol-lowering Omega-6 healthy fatty acids that reduce the risk of cardio-vascular disease.
Nori sheets (dried seaweed) contain antioxidants, protein, calcium, and Vitamins A, B, and C.
Wasabi (Japanese horseradish), a common sushi condiment, can kill bacteria found in raw fish.
Ginger, often served with sushi, helps with digestion while also fighting bacteria.
